I was fully aware that everything I did on Saturday was far more physical than I was used to. I went in to it with open eyes and a willing body. I woke up on Sunday morning expecting the worst. I figured I would be crippled, too sore and stiff to do much of anything. Yes, I was sore, but I could still move. The body aches are back, but they aren't as unreasonably horrible as before. Back to the Tulsi tea and zyflamend (the herbal anti inflammatory that I had been taking) and we'll see if it gets it under control. A soak in a warm tub with herbal bath salts could help too. I guess time will tell.
