That all being said, I will start with more food porn as soon as I can. I'm not doing the kind of cooking I had been before all these changes happened, and I need to get back to it. I'm starting to feel sluggish, and I've lost a couple of pounds too quickly, which all means I'm not taking proper care of myself. If I'm not taking care of me, then I'm not taking care of The Man, and that will just not do. So look for super healthy recipes coming in the following weeks, the sort of thing that will get us both back on the right track, but will keep his palate happy.
